平素よりホテルヴィスキオ大阪をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

2026年7月4日（土）6時39分ごろ、当ホテルの客室から出火するという事案が発生いたしました。
このたびは、当ホテルをご利用のお客様、近隣住民の皆様ならびに関係者の皆様に多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけいたしましたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。
 
自動火災報知設備の作動後、ホテルスタッフが直ちに当該客室へ駆け付け、消火器による初期消火を行い、鎮火いたしました。また、お客様およびスタッフに負傷者が発生していないことを確認しております。

現在、出火の原因の調査を行っておりますが、現時点ではモバイルバッテリーによる出火が疑われております。
なお、ご宿泊の際には、客室不在時の充電行為はお控えいただきますとともに、改めてご使用中の充電機器の安全確認を行っていただきますよう、ご理解ご協力のほど何卒お願い申し上げます。
 
現在は現場の安全が完全に確認され、ホテルは通常どおり営業しております。
当ホテルでは、引き続き安全、安心の確保に取り組んでまいります。今後とも変わらぬご愛顧のほど何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。
 

Apology and Notice Regarding Fire Accident

We regret to inform you that a fire broke out in a guest room at our hotel at 6:39 on Saturday, July 4th.We would like to offer our deepest apologies to our hotel guests, local residents, and all other parties concerned for the inconvenience caused.

After the automatic fire alarm system was triggered, hotel staff immediately rushed to the affected guest room, used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire in its early stages, and extinguished it. We have also confirmed that neither guests nor staff were injured.

We are currently investigating the cause of the fire, but at this time, we suspect it was caused by a portable battery.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation: please refrain from charging devices while you are away from your room, and please take this opportunity to double-check the safety of any charging devices you are currently using.
 
Safety at the scene has now been fully confirmed, and the hotel is operating as usual.
We will continue to work hard to ensure safety and security, and we appreciate your continued patronage.
